Vacation house Kod Dade**

The vacation house "Kod Dade" is located in a quiet, southern part of the city, only 15 minutes of easy walk or 3 minutes of drive from the city center. With its position, close to the Daruvar spa and other tourist attractions (Janković Castle, Roman forest, Petrov Vrh, Dark Sky Park...) and above all with an attractive view of the city, it offers guests the convenience of a comfortable stay and relaxation in the house.

It has a total living area of 150 m2, the lower floor consists of an equipped kitchen (stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, cooker...) and a spacious dining room. The center of the house is the living room, which with its spaciousness and ambient lighting provides visitors with a pleasant and romantic experience. The glass wall in the living room offers an unique view of the city, the hippodrome and the wider surroundings, and is also the exit to the terrace.

Staying on the terrace, especially in the summer months, allows guests to relax in the view and guaranteed privacy. Part of the lower floor is also a bathroom equipped with a bathtub with a shower and all the necessary sanitary ware.

On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 6 people, a triple room (equipped with a double bed and a single bed), a double room with separate beds and a single room. At the request of the parents, a crib is available for our youngest guests.

The courtyard space allows parking vehicles under a covered canopy or optionally for an extra charge in a closed garage space.
Guests can also use a fully equipped fireplace, the use of which (for an additional fee) completes the gastronomic component of using the facility.

As a special benefit, guests are offered a transfer from/to the airport or other destination, as well as the rental of a private car or bicycle. This benefit is also subject to an additional charge, as is the stay of pets in the house.
