The modern Studio Apartment Rossa is a newly renovated 43 m² apartment located on the ground floor of a family house.
It is an ideal place for both holidays and remote working. The apartment consists of an entrance area, a workspace, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The apartment can accommodate up to four guests and a baby with the addition of a baby cot.
Studio Apartment Rossa is also a great choice for cycling enthusiasts. The house has a secure bicycle storage room with basic repair tools and holds the Bike&Bed certificate.
The apartment is about 600 metres, or a seven-minute walk, from the main town square, the central park, the Special Hospital for Medical Rehabilitation, the Thermal Water Park and the lake. A local grocery shop is only 50 metres away. Restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, the Health Centre and the COVID clinic are all nearby, making your stay comfortable and convenient.
Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, dishwasher and all the necessary kitchen utensils for preparing and serving meals. The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine. Ironing and laundry drying facilities are also available.
The apartment has a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) and a sofa bed of the same size. A desk with a comfortable chair provides a perfect space for remote working or can be used as a dressing table. Air conditioning keeps the apartment cool during the summer, while central heating provides warmth and comfort during the colder months.
Guests can also enjoy a Smart TV with terrestrial and satellite channels, free Wi-Fi and a safe.
Free private parking is available. Self check-in is possible via a key box. Guests can use the free bicycle storage with basic repair equipment. Bicycles can be rented at the property for an additional charge, electric bicycles are available at the town's eBIKESHARE station, and bicycles can also be borrowed free of charge from the Tourist Board Daruvar-Papuk.
Enhanced cleaning measures are in place throughout the property. Guests are also provided with disinfectants and cleaning supplies.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in any indoor areas of the property. Pets are not allowed.
