Vacation house Grofica ***

Vacation house GROFICA *** is located across the Castle Janković from the 18th century, in which garden is located the oldest and most beautiful male specimen of the Ginko biloba tree in Croatia.

Since the house is in an outstanding location (5 m from the castle Janković, 15 m from the sports hall and high school center, 300 m to the city center, 450 m to the Daruvar spa and Thermal water park Aquae Balissae Daruvar, the Roman park forest, restaurants, cafes, other similar facilities), you can take a walk in all the directions in a very short time.

The central location of the house is a living room connected to the dining room and a kitchen.

The sofa corner in the living room can be used as an extra two beds.

The kitchen contains everything needed; dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, microwave oven, oven with induction cooker, all cooking and dining sets.

The house has 2 triple-bed rooms with the possibility of connecting the beds as you wish and a central gas heating. The entry to the house is through a covered terrace with seating furniture.

The yard is fenced and largely sheltered from curious views which is ideal for large gatherings, families with children and pets. The bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and washbasin. It is possible to use a washing machine in a separate area. Because of an extra space in the yard, it is possible to put off and store larger items. The house has one free parking space near the road. Pets are not charged.
