Holiday House "Kod Dade" is located in a quiet residential area in the southern part of Daruvar, just a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive from the town centre. Thanks to its location, close to Daruvar Spa and many local attractions, including Janković Castle, the Roman Forest, Petrov Vrh and the Vrani Kamen International Dark Sky Park, as well as its beautiful panoramic view of the town, it offers guests a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The house has a total living area of 150 m². The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker and oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle and all the necessary kitchen equipment, as well as a spacious dining room.
The living room is the heart of the house, offering a spacious and cosy atmosphere enhanced by ambient lighting. A large glass wall provides beautiful views of the town, the horse racing track and the surrounding landscape, while also leading directly onto the terrace. The terrace is an ideal place to relax, especially during the summer months, offering privacy and peaceful surroundings. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a bathtub, shower and all standard bathroom facilities.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms accommodating up to five guests: one triple room with a double bed and a single bed, and one twin room with two single beds. There is also a second bathroom with a spacious shower.
The attic features two additional twin bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds. Two extra beds are available in the living room if needed, bringing the total accommodation capacity to 11 guests.
A baby cot is available on request for guests travelling with young children. Guests can park their vehicles under a covered carport or, if preferred, in a closed garage.
Guests also have access to a fully equipped barbecue area, perfect for preparing and enjoying outdoor meals.
Additional services, available at an extra charge, include airport transfers or transfers to other destinations, as well as car and bicycle rental. Pets are also welcome for an additional fee.
